System building

When serving youth, organizations implementing programs are not always able to meet all the needs of those youth served. LearningWork Connection can bring organizations together to assist in developing a cohesive system for the effective implementation of youth programming. The system-building process assists state and local leaders and providers in building capacity at the state and local levels to address youth development and youth workforce development needs and to implement and evaluate evidence-based programs and services.
