Mary Jo Gyuro

Program Manager

Mary Jo Gyuro is Program Manager for LearningWork Connection with special focus on conference planning and outreach efforts. She has served as Conference Coordinator for the National Center for Research in Vocational Education (NCRVE) and has coordinated the State Directors of Vocational Education annual meetings, along with Staff Development Seminars for the University community and staff. She has served as a Marketing Specialist in the Publications Office of the Center on Education and Training for Employment (CETE) and served on the A & P Advisory Committee to the Dean of the College of Education and International Advisory Committee. She has been instrumental in assisting the Civil Service Commission on Public Safety Publication products for their promotional examinations. Her previous experience includes working at the Ohio Department of Development, Economic Research Division as a Supervisor, The Ohio Insurance Institute, where she assisted with public relations, advertising, as well as trained and supervised staff.

She is pleased to say she has a passion for her job and the success of her area.
