Out-of-school youth are one of the key populations served under the Workforce Investment (WIA) Act of 1998. This workshop provides information and tools to help local youth councils, WIA administrators, case managers, and service providers serve out-of-school youth.

- Effective strategies for conducting outreach for out-of-school youth
- Effective strategies for recruiting out-of-school youth
- Effective strategies for engaging out-of-school youth
